How to make:
1. Weigh out the water and oil into a large jug or bowl.
2. Add waffle mix then with a hand whisk or wooden spoon beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour/Spoon mixture into waffle iron and cook for required time.
4. If the use of an electric mixer, follow instructions above then mix on a slow speed for one minute scrape down.
5. Followed by the one minute on a medium speed until smooth.
6. Pour/Spoon mixture into waffle iron and cook for required time.
For Stick Waffles fill bottom plate to the top with mixture and close.
For Standard / Round flat Waffles, fill bottom plate sections to top and close (rotate if conceivable).
Times and Temperatures will vary depending on appliance used, please check the each machine. Cook until steam has stopped escaping.
