We are South Africans that have been living in the UK for twelve years. Making biltong and dry sausage (Droewors) with Grandparents was traditional when we were children and their unique recipes were passed down to us, always memorised, never recorded. Our recipes are traditional, delicious and natural, we refuse to use any artificial nitrates, just great quality spices and beef!
