Original Pata Negra ham from the Iberian pork from the famous ham region of Extremadura, in the southwest of Spain. With a guaranteed maturing period of at least 24 months, the full and natural aroma of this high-quality Iberian ham is developed. The pigs are fattened on their own holm oak groves in Extremadura with pure grain feed. Due to the many movements, there is an optimal distribution of fat within the meat.

The meat of this ham has a wonderful marbling and convinces with its strong and slightly nutty taste.

The ham is freshly sliced after order, delivered vacuum-packed and each layer separated by foil.
