Natural and handcrafted production, slow maturing in Guijuelo (Salamanca), which is the origin of the quality of our hams, so that you can enjoy a ham that is much superior to the traditional Serrano ham, with a certain level of infiltrated fat and a flavour similar to the Iberian ham.

We do not use salting containers as many other Serrano hams do and therefore the taste and the small amount of salt in our hams is totally different. DUROC is the only breed whose crossbreeding with Iberian is allowed within the Iberian Quality Standard (R.D. 1469/2007, of 2 November).
