For the creation of this rosé an unusual wine-making technique has been adopted, which allows the extraction of the first must, the first pressing and the First Drop (Prima Goccia).

Pairing:Cured meats, short pasta with mussels in red sauces, stewed red mullet al guazzetto, fish soups, carpaccio of tuna, Venetian salted cod puréed, stuffed cuttlefish
Colour: In the glass the wine shines strawberry pink
Nose: The intense bouquet exudes the scent of red fruits and subtle notes of rose and violet
Palete: On the palate, the wine is refreshing and soft with notes of roses, violets and cherries
