These non-edible Hukki Casings are ideal for Salami and other dried sausages. The 65/50 are 65mm wide and 50cm in length. They are made from hardened Collagen/ Beef Protein. They have a diamond shaped netting imprinted and look superb when filled. Clipped and tied and linked at one end with white string, ready for filling.
