Our Sicilian Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the finest Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice olives which have been grown, handpicked and pressed by The Di Lorenzo family on their magnificent Disisa estate in Northern Sicily. Our customers adore our Sicilian olive oil due to its fresh, grassy, and peppery flavour. It is a smooth and well balanced olive oil with a striking emerald green colour. The olives were harvested in November 2018, and cold pressed immediately. In January we went on our annual trip to Sicily and together with the Di Lorenzo’s we created the years blend, making sure the balance of Cerasuola olive oil to Nocellara del Belice olive oil was absolutely perfect for our customers here in the UK. The Di Lorenzo family cold press the olives ‘solely by mechanical means’ using the latest technology, meaning that the delicate flavours and nutritional benefits of the olive oil are maintained by ensuring absolutely no heat is created during the pressing process.
