Simply mix with water to produce a smooth batter. The use of a Pastry Bag with a Star Tip, pipe 10 cm long ribbons straight away into hot oil. Fry until golden, turning if necessary, about 2 to 3 minutes. Get rid of with tongs and drain on paper towels. Season the crunchy churros to taste with Sugar, Salt or Dip in Hot Chocolate.
