For us, big thinking allows us to brew our beer to strength, so that we don’t need to remove the alcohol or strip out any flavour. You might think we use fewer ingredients to brew to a lower strength, but that’s far from the truth! We source only the best quality malt and hop varieties and use twice the typical amount of ingredients per percentage point brewed to deliver our signature big taste at a sociable ABV.

Whether it be family or lifestyle commitments, or maybe you’re just being a bit more mindful and looking for lower alcohol, lower calorie, lower sugar, lower alcohol, but still multi-award winning beer, no compromise on taste. At the Small Beer Brewery we aim to provide a solution for just that!
