Southwestern Distillery produce small batches in their artisan Tarquin’s Gin the usage of their flame-fired copper pot still known as Tamara, goddess of the Tamar. It is then bottled by hand and sent off into the world, to spread the news that Cornwall is producing some fabulous gin.”

12 botanicals are hand sourced from both exotic locations around the globe in addition to in the neighborhood foraged to create a vibrant, fresh and unique nose and flavor profile.
Classic, crisp pine from the juniper; lemon sherbet from the coriander; fresh zesty notes from the seasonally sourced orange, lemon and grapefruit; bright floral finish from the house-grown Devonshire violets.
Each and every bottle is filled, labelled, waxed, stamped, signed and given individual batch tasting notes all by hand.
