The Hattiers Premium Reserve starts off with a 8 year pot and column Barbados Foursquare rum then blended with exceptional single estate rums from The Dominican Republic, Panama and Guatemala. The unadulterated rums are then married with the pure soft water from the hills of Dartmoor. A well-balanced, medium-bodied premium rum – complex yet jovial and warm. Notes of nutmeg, warm cinnamon, sweet caramel, wealthy toffee cacao, dried apricot fruits and a crackle of black pepper. Creamy smooth with soft fruit accents enlivened by light spice.

Our base rum is a classic premium pot & column still blend, distilled from sugar cane molasses by Richard Seal, fourth generation Master Distiller and owner of Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. We then blend this base with exceptional pot still rums from Guatemala, Panama and The Dominican Republic.
