Single cask rum, decided on by Pär Caldenby, finished in Swedish oak and independently bottled by Smögen Whisky AB. This single cask rum used to be distilled in 2003 in Guyana on the Diamond Distillery, of their Versailles picket pot still, one among simplest two picket stills remaining around the globe. Bottled at 15 years old, at natural color, un-sweetened, non-relax filtered and cask strength, this rum delivers a wholesome citrusy sweetness with hints of chocolate. 59.2% / 500ml
