Cove Vodka is exceptionally smooth and made from King Edward potatoes, lovingly grown on our circle of relatives farm overlooking Hope Cove, Devon and Devon spring water. Our copper pot, single distilled vodka is handcrafted in an artisan distillery the use of the finest ingredients to verify its smooth, luxurious taste. Vodka is all about finesse. The nuances of flavour, combined with real smoothness and a lingering finish, are what we have conjured out of these potatoes. A vodka to sip, and not at all in a hurry: lime and cream on the nose, and a light fresh apple finish. The only ingredients that go into our vodka are our potatoes grown in the fresh sea air, Devon Spring Water and a little yeast and enzymes added all through fermentation. It’s as pure, clean and wholesome as a vodka will also be. What’s more, the carbs in the potatoes don’t translate into the vodka so it’s exceptionally low carb and there is not any added sugar either. It’s about as low in calories as an alcoholic drink will also be. Our 70cl bottle of Cove Vodka is perfect for somebody that loves vodka or likes to experiment with cocktail making at home. It comes in a stylish glass bottle with a wooden cork, meaning that you’ll easily reseal the bottle after use. It tastes great by itself, with your favourite mixer or in a cocktail.
