Launched in 2009, Vestal Vodka is a craft, ‘batch produced’ Polish vodka with a simple yet unique approach to vodka production. Once upon a time vodka was an artisanal spirit of Slavic provenance that was crafted in small batches by thousands of individual producers. Vestal Vodka is intent on reviving this lost world of character and taste at the family estate in Poland. Our vodka captures a spirit of time and place, offering discerning drinkers a new take on old fashioned authenticity. Founder’s Vision: “We originally wanted to recreate the vodka that was made on land near our family farm in north west Poland that seemed so different from the mass produced vodkas I was familiar with. We soon realized there was a ‘taste’ for our vodka and so it began”. Made up of carefully selected hedgerow and orchard ingredients macerated in Vestal crafted potato vodka, Vestal Raspberry and Blackcurrant Vodka is fruity, vibrant and rich in flavor, with a low sugar content.
