Aroma: Mature red berries, some smoke and noble spices such as ginger and cinnamon.
Taste: spicy and full bodied on the tongue. Huge fruit of strawberries, oranges, which goes into spicy pepper and some milk chocolate.
Finish: medium length and peppery spicy. Again a little smoke.

Benromach Sassicaia Finish 2007/2016 is a limited bottling from the Benromach distillery. The number of bottles is limited to 4,000 bottles. Storage was carried out in First Fill Ex Bourbon Barrels with a ripening in Sassicaia Red Wine Barrels for 18 months. This gives the distillate an elegant ruby colour. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berries and precious spices such as ginger and cinnamon. The taste shows perfectly integrated smoke notes.
