Nose – Buttery American pancakes, crowned with blueberry compote. A whisper of smoke.
Palate – Apple and cinnamon muffins, a platter of Christmas spices toasted by way of the log fire
Finish – Heat cinnamon lingers, mellowing to cushy fruits
