It’s almost unheard of to discover a whisky of this age for under £one hundred this present day. No longer simplest that, it is a super whisky to boot. A full bodied, heavily sherried whisky packed with an abundance of dark fruits, savoury nuttiness, and sweet spice.
Official Tasting Note:
Nose – Intense and stuffed with aromas, Sherried fruit, tropical fruits, nutmeg and almonds with slight citrus notes on the end.
Palate – Full bodied, wealthy and rounded. developing in to fruity and spicy flavours.
Finish – Long lasting and smooth with a chocolate feel behind the throat.
