For a refill cask, this whisky has a fantastic copper colour.
A light fragrant nose of earthy notes mixed with fresh dew on a summer day.
It’s without a doubt a summery whisky with fresh herbs and fresh gras cuttings coming through, fairly floral.
The finish is elegant and suprisingly long. Just while you think you might have lost the flavour, it reappears again.
A great whisky that’s most probably preferable before, somewhat than after dinner.
