This is a masterclass that takes you through the journey of all things Japanese whisky! Guests will hear about whisky production, its history and experience cocktail making in conjunction with our mixologists. Upon arrival for your masterclass You’ll receive a complementary signature cocktail with a small tapas plate to share. The session will begin with a history of whisky and the production of three different Japanese whiskies. You’ll use all of your taste buds whilst learning about these whiskies. Then You’ll be invited in the back of the bar to make a cocktail yourself, guided by our mixologist, with your choice of whiskey from our choose masterclass cocktail menu.
