Charalambous coffee is made from fine coffees from Brazil and Colombia, mixed with a special variety of Ethiopian wild coffee.
The special characteristics of each variety, in combination with the roasting of each one separately, give this velvety taste and the special aroma, which satisfy even the most demanding lover of good coffee.
To prepare one serving, pour one coffee cup of water, one spoon of coffee and sugar (as preferred) in the traditional “mprikki”. Stir slightly as it heats and pull away from the fire at the precise moment of boiling.
