If you’re like us, you’ll have your first cup of the day in the morning. Here, at Mindful Coffee, we want to promote the idea of using this time in the morning to practice a bit of mindfulness. Mindfulness is about being present and aware of who and where we are – it brings a sense of calm to our life and is a great way to start the day. You may already be comfortable with the concept or you may be ready to make some time in your life to be more mindful.

So why not take the time to practice some mindfulness while you enjoy your morning coffee, it’s a great way to incorporate a little bit of ‘me time’ it into our busy lives

Tasty Versatile Coffee

Mindful Coffee – Focus is a delicious, smooth, clean coffee with a bright level of acidity. The body is mellow with a nice, sweet caramel finish.

It makes a very sweet espresso (our personal favourite) with tasting notes of mild lemon and golden syrup and gives a buttery mouthfeel

Our coffee is of the highest standard possible. We only use speciality grade coffee beans, which is of such fine quality that only 1% of coffee beans produced across the are speciality-graded.

Mindful Coffee is Grade 1 Speciality rated with a Score: 83.5 – These beans must pass strict standards by the SCA and include only the best beans

If you’ve ever had that shaky feeling or headache after drinking coffee, it may not be down to the caffeine in the coffee but it could be the quality of the beans. Most poor-quality coffee will contain increased levels of mycotoxins.

Mindful Coffee is grown by the COCAFELOL co-operative

Using their many years of experience they works incredibly hard with their farmers to produce coffee of the highest quality while still maintaining sustainable agricultural practices.

This Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance origin is sourced from individual smallholder farmers, grown at high altitudes in the mountainous Ocotepeque Region of Western Honduras
