We have taken great care to not cook any of the whisky in these chocolates because of this you’ll be able to taste the full flavour of every whisky used. This selection of whisky chocolates includes: – Skye Whisky (made with Talisker 10yr Whisky from the Isle of Skye) – Whisky Liqueur (made with Drambuie Isle of Skye liqueur, a whisky flavoured with orange, honey and spices) – Whisky and Honey (made with Glenlivet founders reserve and Scottish honey) – Whisky and Ginger (made with Jura Whisky) – Speyside Whisky (made with Aberlour 10yr Whisky) Chocolates of Glenshiel is run by Finlay Macdonald, who began the business at the age of 17, when he found out his passion for both chocolate making and enterprise. He’s captivated with creating exciting and delicious chocolates that showcase Scottish Ingredients in addition to supporting young people into work in the rural Scottish Highlands.
