Barbecue Salt Blend: The KHLA Special Barbecue Salt Blend is able-to-use and wealthy in flavour. It combines salt and Kampot pepper, cumin, garlic, chili and star anise to delicately flavour your barbecues. It may be used in a dry marinade, or as a seasoning immediately on your meat, fish and vegetables as they’re grilled at the barbecue. For use in a grinder or crushed with a mortar.
Fish Salt Blend: The KHLA Special Fish Salt Blend is able-to-use and combines Kampot salt, cumin, turmeric, lime, lemongrass, ginger, chili and star anise to delicately flavour your fish and shellfish. Unlike fleur de sel, which is a dusting salt, Kampot sea salt is a cooking salt.
Salt and Kampot Pepper: This blend combines the two specialties of Kampot: salt and black pepper. With a simple gesture, it’s the ideal seasoning for meat, fish, vegetables and enhances the flavours.
Label: Sea salt is a natural product, all KHLA spices used on this blend are organically produced and come from fair trade.
Origin: KHLA Salt is blended in our workshops in Kampot with our organic spices, and the coarse sea salt comes from our salt supplier at the island of Koh-Trey, situated in the delta of the Kampot river in Cambodia.
