Honeydew honey: The Bees collect nectar honey from plant larvae and honeydew from the oak leaves. This honeydew is as a result of insects that pierce the leaves of plants. Insects feed on one a part of the sweet juice, which flows out, and the remainder is released at the leaves within the type of a sticky liquid. When there are no nectar plants across the bees, they collect the honeydew and turn it into honey. The honeydew honey has a dark green, brown to black color. In comparison to nectar honey, honeydew honey has very slow crystallization.
