TOTAL ACTIVITY (TA) 10+ & 15+. Very similar to Maunka ratings, these varieties were laboratory tested and scored 10+ for their total activity. Honey with a higher TA score has greater antimicrobial and antibacterial strength. Total activity is a measure of peroxide and non peroxide activity within the honey.
FROM A SINGLE SOURCE & UNPASTEURISED. Identical to local honey, all our varieties are unpasteurised, and unblended to come up with a healthy source of natural sugars and vitamins. By keeping processes to a minimum, the honey retains its natural goodness continuously destroyed by excess heating and filtering.
A CREAMY SOFT-SET HONEY, A RICH, COMPLEX RUNNY HONEY & AN AROMATIC SILKY HONEY. Nothing added and nothing taken away. No additives, no preservatives, dairy free and gluten free. Typical nectar sources include Rapeseed, Hawthorn, Plum, Sweet Chestnut, Buttercup Blackberries, Bramble, Clover, Bell Heather, Lime trees, Rosebay Willowherb, Sweet Chestnut, Ling Heather plus a myriad of wildflowers.
100% PURE & NATURAL. Frosting and granulation are natural features of unprocessed honey. Depending on what the bees have foraged on and the temperature the jar has been stored, the honey is also fully crystallised once it reaches you. It might also differ rather in colour and cloudiness from the images shown. This process is completely natural and does not have an effect on the nutritional content or flavour in any way.
