They define “millefiori” those honeys that cannot be classified as monofloral, as they’re the results of the union of several concomitant blooms. Like honey, the millefiori is great for sweets and is delicious in milk in the morning. Precisely for its relatively heterogeneous characteristics, it matches a wide variety of cheeses.
