Coriander raw honey is golden amber colour, specific taste and mild aroma, which is levied two weeks after extraction.It’s a very rare form of honey. The nectar of coriander is highly dependent on weather conditions and regularly the plant produces it each five to 6 years. Or even then, the production is low. Most of the time, a hive can provide like 20 to 25 kilos of multi-floral honey, and only 2 kilos of coriander honey. Because of this, this sort of honey is rare and expensive.
