Meadow Honey 250 g in glass jar, 100% natural, unpasteurised, free from GMOs and antibiotics. Our honey is packaged in glass jars with a Twist-Off metal lid, with a view to handle the quality of the contents as carefully as imaginable. We use glass jars as our honey is full of natural enzymes which may react with several types of container. Pure honey may crystallise with time. It is a natural process and doesn’t impact the quality. How quickly it crystallises depends on the ratio of glucose-v-fructose and varies from harvest to harvest. As each harvest is unique, our honey may differ in flavour and fragrance from harvest to harvest.
