Preparation guidelines: Allow 60 g of rice per person. Add a pinch of salt (if required) to a pan of water and boil. Add rice and go back to the boil. Stir once, cover and cook for 20 minutes or till tender. Drain in a sieve, rinse with boiling water and serve
