The Cereal-Fed Iberian Ham (Salamanca – Spain) is produced consistent with the normal temperance which its sweet fragrance and its smooth meat deserves. Matured on the natural driers of Victor Gomez within the ‘Sierra de Béjar’, these excellent Cereal-Fed Iberian Hams reveal a purple-pink coloured tone with fine strips of fat which melt within the mouth, giving a bouquet of intense pleasure. Victor Gomez produces a selected and limited production of prime quality Iberian Ham products, consistent with age-old circle of relatives recipes.
