The PROSCIUTTO PRATOMAGNO is an Top quality dry-cured ham. The Prosciutto Pratomagno is the only ham without “anchetta” (a small bone locates to the side of the femur), obtained from selected thighs of pork that have been born, bred and processed ONLY in Italy.

The ageing process is carried out on our cellars with opposite windows. The natural ventilation of fresh mountain air helps the curing process and give to the ham a unique flavor.
