Matured at Victor Gomez’s natural driers within the ‘Sierra de Béjar’ within the west of Spain, the ‘Acorn-Fed’ Iberian Ham reveals a purple-pink coloured tone with fine strips of fat which accurately ‘melt within the mouth’, giving an unrivalled bouquet of intense pleasure. Víctor Gomez produces, in keeping with age-old circle of relatives recipes, a selected and limited production of high quality Iberian Ham products.
