The great taste of peperami salami is no twist of fate. It’s made to big authentic recipes in a country that knows all about making the easiest sausage, Germany. As you may also expect from a classic sausage, peperami is 100 percent pork salami. It’s made with 13.8 g of pork for each 10g of sausage. It’s because the pork loses some weight from moisture loss all the way through the natural drying process used to make classic salami and other classic dried meats. Peperami may be pasteurised for food safety.
