Here at happy kombucha we try to make kombucha brewing as easy as conceivable that is why Our Basic Kombucha Homebrew Starter Kit is designed to make your first brew as easy as conceivable we have included everything that you’re going to want to brew your own Kombucha at home. This Kit will enable you to brew approximatley 2 litres of Kombucha at a time. Please note the product picture is for illustration purposes only in relation to the shape of the scoby. As scobies grow naturally we cannot guarantee the exact shape of the scoby, even as the vast majority of scobies are round they are able to be square, rectangular, hexagonal and wedged. The shape of the mother scoby bears no relation to the power or quality of the scoby or how it brews. If you would prefer a round scoby then please do let us know and we will be able to ensure it is round.
