Our new Big Vegan Cheese Making Kit contains everything you want to make 6 varieties of fresh delicious dairy free cheeses.
It comes with a range of herbs, step-by-step instructions, and delicious recipes. There’s enough ingredients to make 20 batches, and the Kit has a shelf life of no less than 12 months.
These dairy free cheese recipes have been developed to get as close to the ‘real thing’ as conceivable. We’ve worked with vegan friends who have all been in large part disappointed by shop bought vegan cheese (a large number of which is based on coconut oil and water…yuck!)
Our recipes use either Cashews or Macadamia nuts, and a little Almond milk. When one friend exclaimed “it’s the most efficient vegan cheese I’ve ever tasted!” I knew we’d got there!
With these 6 different dairy free cheeses to make across 20 batches it’s enough to keep everyone in cheese for somewhat some time:

For each cheese you get wonderful recipes such as Vegan Chocolate Cake with Ricotta Icing, and Fried Halloumi with Caper Salad. The entire recipes were created in-house by Ailsa.
