This controller is a simple up/down hand wand that is used on power reclining or lifting reclining furniture.
Used on many brands of lift chairs such as Action Lift Chairs,La-Z-Boy, Pride, Golden, Med-Lift and Berkline Lift Chairs with a 5 pin connection to the motor.
Hand Control For Okin & Dewert and others. It has Round 5 Pin Connector.
This control replaces Dewert and Pride Hand Controls also. This is the style you will find on many Golden Technologies Lift Chairs.
