Lamb ragu has a rich taste and a meaty texture. Made with lamb mince it has a delicate aroma and it is not at all spicy. Our recommended type of past for this is rigatoni or short pasta. The easiest way to consume it is to pour it in the pot right after straining your pasta to allow it to warm up, before putting the pasta back in the pot and mix well. Ingredients: Tomatoes 52.9%, Lamb mince 26.5%, Carrots 6.3%, Red onions 6.3%, Celery 6.3%, Extra virgin olive oil 1.3%, Salt 0.3%, Pepper, Rosemary, Bay leaves, Acidity Regulator (E330). Instruction for use: Cook your preferred kind of pasta, simply open a Venison ragu jar, pour on your piping hot pasta (or slightly reheat it in the pot beforehand), stir and serve.
