This Essence is: Calypso Dark Rum. Creates a smooth, golden molasses style rum popular within the Caribbean.
Instructions: Add 1x sachet of flavouring essence to 1.125 Litres of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Makes three 750ml (26fl oz) bottles in total. Shake well before use.
