A 10 year old Single Malt from Glen Elgin. finished in a Moscatel Sherry octave casks and bottled up as a part of the Darkness series. The Darkness vary is set neatly-sherried whiskies, and the small, specially-coopered octave casks impart an added depth of wealthy, sherried fruit notes to the whiskies which might be finished in them.
This Glen Elgin has a fantastic balance of stewed culmination, grapes, raisins and sultanas in addition to more fruity citrus notes
