An award winning selection of American whiskeys, developed in collaboration with the mythical musician Bob Dylan. Wealthy and whole bodied, this whiskey has been charcoal filtered, referred to as the Lincoln County approach (made famous by Jack Daniels).
Aromas of unpolluted baked bread and ripened nougat. The palate is rounded with a slight sweet mouthfeel of grilled pineapple and candied walnuts. At the end, a balance of sweet and savoury with cooked peaches and sweet tobacco.
