This very small batch, hand made bourbon has been aged within the heart of metal clad warehouses to intensify the intense temperatures that Kentucky is blessed with, forcing the bourbon to expand deep into the barrel and pull out the prevalent flavours of the wood.

Nose: Fresh and smooth with velvety peach and vanilla.
Taste: Very soft get started, smooth and sweet with hints of berry and citrus.
Finish: Delicate and warm with a go back of vanilla, cream and toast.
