Tasting Notes

APPEARANCE: Red ruby claret colour with light purple hints
AROMA: Powerful and fruity with clear varietal influence, very good crianza and nice toasted aromas coming from the oak quality.
PALATE: Full within the mouth and soft, fresh and ripe fruit appreciated, paying homage to blackberries and cherries with a vanilla touch. This wine has undergone a period of 1 year in oak giving beautiful hints of vanilla amongst fruity cherry notes.

Additional Info

Vineyards of controlled production situated between 300 and 650 metres of altitude. Fermented in chrome steel vats with controlled temperature and 8 days maceration with autochthonous yeasts.
