Floral and attractive at the nose, exuberantly contemporary at the palate with peardrop fruit, a relatively salty part and underlying minerality. Nicknamed ‘labomba’ that is incredibly fruity and concentrated Picpoul – yet nonetheless fine and sublime, with an overly long end. Pair with oysters, mussels or bouillabaisse.
Food Pairing:Shellfish, oily fish, meaty fish
