Stewed meat with natural spices enriches the flavour of pork belly. Cooking Subject matter: 1 packet house of Yi Tongpo Stewed Meat Sauce (100gm), Pork Belly (skin on) (1kg), 2 stalks of spring onion, 1 slice of ginger, 2 capsful of Hua Diao Wine (60ml) Cooking Directions: step 1: wash and clean the pork belly meat. Cuts into big cubes, place within the pot and add about 1500m of water( pork belly should be completely submerged within the water) Step 2: Add spring onion and ginger. Put the quilt at the pot. Use medium warmth to cook till meat becomes tender. (about 1-2 hours) step 3: once the beef is tender, add 1 packet house of Yi Tongpo Stewed Meat sauce and Hua Diao Wine. Continue to simmer till meat is further tenderised (about 1 hour). Ingredients: Filtered water, sugar, vinegar, modified cornstarch, caramel, soya sauce, and monosodium glutamate.
