Ingredients: Spices, Sugar, Modified starch, e1420, Salt (not iodate), smoke flavour
Make a rub for BBQ and so forth.
Sprinkle a handful of The Spiceworks Smokey publisher 1st baron verulam flavour blend over meat and place in fridge for no less than 2 hours before use.
You’ll be able to also mix 2 heaped tablespoons with a little Olive oil and rub into the meat before placing in the fridge.
Marinade:
3 heaped tablespoons of The Spiceworks Smokey publisher 1st baron verulam flavour blend.
2 tablespoons of luke-warm water.
2 tablespoons of Olive oil.
Mix well together and pour over meat/veg and so forth.
Place in fridge for no less than 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Sauce:
fry one Onion gently until soft.
Add 2 heaped tablespoons of The Spiceworks Smokey publisher 1st baron verulam flavour blend and stir well.
Gently fry for some other 3 minutes.
Add 1 can of Tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Delicious served with Sausage & Mash and so forth.
