Morato Circle of relatives is active within the production of Iberian ham for more than 100 years. The grandfather of the present owners Felix Morato Carranza, started his small production of 1898. The Jamon Morato is regarded as one of the vital highest-quality products during the Iberian peninsula. His name is recognized as a manufacturer of culinary excellence across Spain and Latin The united states.
The production is still completely handmade and the manufacturing process has been retained as the Extremadura tradition requires.
