They’re fed on acorns all over the ‘Montanera’ (free-range) period at the vast expanses of ‘Dehesas’ (grazing pastures) found in Extremadura at the Iberian Peninsula (Spain). These hams comply with all of the quality requirements laid out in the regulating body of the ‘DO Dehesa de Extremadura’. These are Doubtless some of the highest hams money can buy.
