A bundle of 5 x 80g packs of award winning charcuterie from Capreolus Fine Foods. Suitable for a party platter or as a starter for 5 – 8 people. The Charcuterie party bundle could have four cured and air-dried meats plus one salami. The meats are in most cases air dried ham, smoked mutton, Dorset coppa, air-dried pork loin and a salami referred to as The Rampisham Tingler. Now and again we may use air-dried beef or Rosette salami depending on what is able to send out from our maturing rooms.
