Description :
Bright light yellow colour with greenish reflections within the glass. The bouquet is animating and complex, it smells of violet flowers, dried apricots, peach, acacia honey with delicate hints of dried herbs. At the palate, it impresses with clear, strong structure, complex aromatic impression. The acid is creamy but present. The reverberation may be very long and reflects the floral aromas, fine spice and delicate minerals.
